When do I have to leave, how can I pay, where can I get fresh rolls every day? We would like to answer the most important questions in advance with this small overview. If you still have something burning under your fingernails, please write to us or call us directly.
You must please check out by 10am. But you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and still do great activities in the region.
If you arrive before 2 p.m., but your apartment is not ready yet, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and do something. You can move into the apartment from 2 pm on.
Just let us know if you will be arriving late in the evening so we can prepare the keys for you if necessary.
You will find enough parking spaces directly in front of our house and as our guests you can use them for free.
On site only cash payment is possible. You are also welcome to transfer the balance to our account before arrival.
To secure your reservation, a deposit is due by 10 days after booking. Details can be found in your offer.
No, the local tax is charged extra, from the age of 15.
Yes, you get the Joker Card without surcharge directly at our house on your arrival. With this card you can explore many attractions and activites for free or at a reduced rate.
Yes, the final cleaning as well as bed linen, hand and bath towels, etc. are included in the price.
Yes, you can order fresh rolls from the bakery daily & they will be delivered right to your apartment.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our house.
We will be happy to provide you with a clothes horse. Please just contact us directly.
We have prepared some folders for you on site. If you need any additional information, please feel free to ask us. In advance you will of course also find all the info on the saalbach.com website
You can purchase the ski pass at all valley stations in the region as well as, for example, at the valley station of the Hochalmbahn. You can also order your ski pass online at www.saalbach.com.
There is an e-charging station right next to our parking lot at Haus Alexander. The 11 KW charging station is available to our guests during their stay – billing is based on the KWH of power charged.
