Payment & Cancellation

Important info for your vacation

Prepayment

For a binding booking a deposit is due within 10 days after the booking confirmation. The exact deposit amount depends on your booking value and will be provided for you in the offer. Likewise, the recipient account is specified here. 

Means of payment on site

Payment on site is possible only in cash. You are also welcome to transfer the balance to our bank account before your arrival.

Cancellation conditions

  • up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
  • 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the arrangement price
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price is due
  • in case of cancellation within the last week before arrival and in case of early departure 90% of the total price is payable

 

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry  AGBH 2006 apply.

To avoid inconveniences to you and us, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
